Thomas R. McPherson Jr. resides in Pinehurst and currently serves as a director on for profit and non-profit boards including Emanate Wireless, The NC State College of Engineering Foundation (past-President), Given Tufts (President) and Moore Forward. He is a successful entrepreneur who founded and led several successful high-tech companies resulting in one IPO and two mergers.
Claudia Miller is the founder of Morgan Miller, a successful and unique retail operation in Southern Pines. She has deep experience in retail enterprise as well as manufacturing, having witnessed the demise of the North Carolina manufacturing industry. She is past President of the Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Southern Pines Business Association and serves on the Community Foundation Board.
Stan Bradshaw founded Bradshaw Capital Management in Pinehurst after moving from St. Louis where he was CEO of a Fortune 500 bank holding company. He is immediate past Chair of Sandhills Community College Foundation, and supports the community with his family foundation where the focus is to "assist people by empowering them."
Gregory E. Bradbury founded the Bradbury Group, which began with commercial real estate services and grew into a regional venture capital firm and global provider of management and merchant banking services. He serves as Chair of the Carolina Philharmonic Orchestra, and Chair of Drawbridge Inc., a supporter of innovation from Michigan State University.

Mina Ubbing
Mina Ubbing, MBA, FACHE is an experienced Healthcare CEO and CFO with over 35 years of hands on work experience in hospitals. She most recently served as President and CEO of Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio and oversaw significant growth for the organization in both service offerings and revenue cycle improvement. Mina chaired the local chamber of commerce twice, and was the first chair of a public/private economic development corporation for Fairfield County, Ohio. She currently resides in Southern Pines.

Anita Holt
Mary is a media and communication specialist, with a focus on harnessing "big data" and using data analysis to tell stories. Before Moore county, Mary has lived almost two decades in Stockholm, London and Zurich as a financial news manager. Now, she writes regularly for the Pilot Opinion Page. When she is not serving Moore Forward, Mary is consulting through her own company and finishing up a Masters thesis at Chapel Hill.
Anita Holt, a health care executive, is the chair of Moore Forward. She serves on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce as well as the Boys & Girls Club, and many other local organizations.

Andrew Lyons is Senior Vice President and Branch Manager at First Bank in Southern Pines. In his spare time, he is the Chairman of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce and the President of the Public Education Foundation of Moore County.
